Kamaal R Khan thanks Sana Raees Khan for getting Look out circular issued against him in India Quashed

Bollywood actor-producer Kamaal R Khan took to social media to inform his fans that the look-out circular (LOC) issued against him by the Bureau of Immigration has been quashed. He thanked his lawyer, Sana Raees Khan, calling her a brilliant lawyer who presented his case brilliantly before the Bombay High Court thereby her efforts in getting this done.

 The filmmaker had filed a petition, last month, in the Bombay high court to quash the LOC, which restricted his international travel. This was imposed on him after he failed to comply with a directive by the Model Code of Conduct in Maharashtra that required licensed firearm holders to surrender their weapons. His petition claimed that this LOC was an infringement of his fundamental rights.
Sana Raees Khan argued that LOC is defective because it doesn't mention the reason which is a pre-condition for issuing the LOC. There is a gross procedural violation as 41 A notice issued 3 months after issuance of LOC.

He wrote on X, “Since Bombay High Court has given order to @MumbaiPolice to withdraw LOC against me, so many people are asking me to go to India. But unfortunately, my children don’t allow me to go to India anymore because they don’t trust Police. And I can’t do anything against their wishes.” He added, “Thanks to my brilliant lawyer #SanaRaeesKhan for presenting my case nicely in Bombay High Court to quash #LOC issued by Mumbai Police. Today, The honourable court directed @MumbaiPolice to withdraw LOC within 15days. But I am still not interested in going to India because I don’t trust @Dev_Fadnavis Sahab police.” Sana Raees Khan, known for her victories in high profile cases of the country and her successful stint on big boss 17 is a renowned and respected lawyer.
